David Thause is a highly experienced real estate investor, developer, broker, and property manager who has been based in Brooklyn, New York for the past 35+ years.  David is also very well acquainted with real estate in many other locations in the USA, and particularly Florida, where he has purchased, owned, and re-sold, all types of residential and commercial properties in South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Boynton Beach, and Jacksonville. David was born in Israel, and served in the IAF, prior to starting his career as a business owner and investor in Tel Aviv.  David started his career in Israel in the real estate business during the 1980s when he specialized in the construction and development of all types of properties in Tel Aviv and many other cities. Based on his highly valued expertise, and interest in all types of investments in real estate, David has entered into a Joint Venture with Trinity Development Partners of Florida to develop multi-family, commercial and mixed-use projects, which are focused primarily in the South Florida market.
