Paul Shapansky is an experienced CFO, COO & CEO, with more than 40 years of diverse M&A, finance, capital markets, and operational experience; from large public companies to closely-held small and medium size entities.  With a wide variety of industry experience in Banking, Healthcare IT, aerospace manufacturing, Commercial Real Estate, and software businesses, Mr. Shapansky has had senior responsibilities for capital formation, strategic planning, financial systems design, IT integration, program & project management, in private, public, institutional, and venture capital.  The common thread across these industries has been to utilize the latest technology and IT systems to impact and disrupt businesses with positive changes, and maximize exit opportunities for the owners. He works with a specialized team of experts in commercial restate management and development that review and initiate development projects, and opportunistic acquisitions and/or joint ventures.  The value-added expertise from his team through analysis, repositioning of assets, energy efficiency, sustainability, resilience, and environmentally friendly designs, and asset management services allows them to optimize and reposition assets while designing the capital structure to minimize risk, and maximize the Return on Investment for their investors partners.
